Local Extravirgin Olive Oil is increasingly recognised, especially around Monte S.Vito, as is the excellent honey and cheese production. Finally, the characteristic salame di Fabrianoor soft ciauscolo to eat with bread, preferably from the bread fair Pane nostrum held at Senigallia, the most important of its kind.In order to taste and get to know better these delicacies, Ancona Province organises Tipica, a fair dedicated to localproduce.
